Main products
Coke
The company is engaged in the research, development, and production of high-quality metallurgical coke and providing personalized coke business. The product is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, casting, gasification, water gas, chemical, etc.
Coal tar
The product is widely used in the production of various chemical products and can also be used as fuel oil, blast furnace injection fuel, wood antiseptic oil, and the raw material for carbon black. The annual production capacity of the product is 60,000 tons.
Ammonium sulfate
The product is widely used in the fields of fertilizer, textile, leather, medicine, etc. The annual production capacity of the product is 21,000 tons.
Crude benzene
The production indicators of the product (e.g., distillate amount before 180°C) are at the advanced level of the industry. The product is widely used in deep processing to make benzene, toluene, and xylene among other products. The annual production capacity of the product is 18,000 tons.
Coke oven gas
The company cooperates with Sichuan Yaxikeji Technology in the R&D and construction of the plant for tar and naphthalene removal from coke oven gas. The plant is designed to produce high-quality clean coal gas with 50% less content of impurities. The product is widely used as industrial and civil fuel, chemical raw material, the reducing agent for directly reducing iron, and the raw material for hydrogen making. The annual production capacity of the product is 160 million cubic meters.
Sulfur
The product is widely used in the manufacture of dyes, pesticides, matches, gunpowder, rubber, rayon, etc. The annual production capacity of the product is 1500 tons.
Power generation with dry-quenched coke waste heat
Through upgrading the flow passage structure of steam turbines by domestically advanced technology, the steam consumption rate and power generation efficiency are enhanced to the leading level in China, and the annual power generation capacity is raised to 160 million kWh.
