On December 30, 2025, Fuhai (Beijing) Energy Co., Ltd officially entered into an equity acquisition agreement with Antler Global Limited (“Antler”) for the EG08 offshore block in Equatorial Guinea. This marks the first step made by Fuhai Holdings in its exploring overseas oil and gas resources and a historic breakthrough from zero to one in its overseas oil and gas asset layout under the “Go Global” strategy.

On December 3rd, the 2025 China Association for Quality Annual Conference & the 3rd Global Excellence Conference was successfully held in Beijing and the “19th China Quality Award—Re-certified Organizations” list was officially released at the event. Fuhai Group New Energy Holding Co., Ltd. (“Fuhai Holding”) successfully passed the three-year re-validation after winning the “China Quality Award” and received the certificate of honor on site. On the morning of November 19th, Fuhai Holding successfully held the 2025 Employees’ Speech Contest. Liu Xinzhi, Party Organization Secretary and General Manager of Fuhai Logistics; Ma Haifeng, Trade Union Chairman and Deputy General Manager of Hualian Petrochemical; Guo Yuanshan, Trade Union Chairman and General Manager Assistant of United Petrochemical; Zhao Peihe, Trade Union Chairman and Project Design Manager of Fuhai Packaging; and Suo Changyan, Deputy Chief Accountant of the Financial Management Center of Fuhai Holding, along with other leaders, attended the event and served as judges for the contest.

Fuhai Holding Launches 2025 Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign
On the morning of August 13, Fuhai Holding joined forces with the Dongying Central Blood Station to host a voluntary blood-drive at the company’s Hekou site. The event drew an enthusiastic turnout: well before the scheduled start, employees began converging on the mobile donation unit. Medical staff from the blood station guided each donor through every step—registration, blood-typing, and collection—with practiced precision. Many arrived early, carefully reviewing the pre-donation guidelines, completing their forms, and forming an orderly queue, ready to give the gift of life.
