On April 24, the 7th Session of the 6th Council of the Membrane Industry Association of China (MIAC) and the High-End Membrane Materials Symposium were successfully held in Dongying City, Shandong Province. Organized by MIAC and hosted by Fuhai (Dongying) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., the event, themed “Gathering Momentum to Lead the Way · Innovating the Future with Polysulfone”, brought together domestic experts, scholars, and representatives from upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain to discuss technological breakthroughs, application expansion, and development trends in high-end membrane materials. Attendees included Wang Xinsheng, Deputy Director of Dongying Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; Chen Jingchun, Director of Dongying Science and Technology Innovation Service Center; Yang Yonghua, Deputy Director of Hekou District Science and Technology Bureau; Zheng Genjiang, MIAC Chairman; Wang Jiwen, MIAC Secretary-General; Wang Shouhua, Deputy Party Secretary and GM of Financial Management Center of Fuhai Holdings; Zhu Jin, GM of Fuhai Intelligentization Center; Shu Sui, Deputy General Manager of Fuhai Safety Production Center; and Luo Guangheng, General Manager of Fuhai New Materials, among others.

On April 24, the Membrane Industry Association of China (MIAC) held its 7th session of the 6th Council and a High-end Membrane Materials Symposium in Dongying City, Shandong Province. During the event, the MIAC designated Fuhai (Dongying) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. as the “Polysulfone (PSU) Membrane Materials Incubation Center”.

With spring's arrival heralding new beginnings, Fuhai embraced the light of progress. On March 18, the 27th Anniversary Celebration of Fuhai was successfully held at the Jinhe Conference Center in Hekou District. The event gathered Luo Bing, the Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Fuhai, alongside the executive team and employee representatives from all divisions and subsidiaries. Proceedings were presided over by Wang Shouhua, the General Manager of the Financial Management Center.

On February 10th, a commendation conference for outstanding enterprises and entrepreneurs across Dongying City was held by the Municipal CPC Committee and the Municipal People’s Government to honor those who have made exceptional contributions to the city’s economic and social development, where Luo Bing, the Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Fuhai Holdings, who was awarded the honorary titles of “Leading Entrepreneur in Dongying City” and “Entrepreneur with Outstanding Contributions to Charity and Public Welfare of Dongying City” at the meeting, delivered a speech and Fuhai Holdings won the honors of “Enterprise with Outstanding Tax Contribution for Dongying City in 2024” and “Advanced Collective in the Field of New Industrialization”.

During Dec. 16-20, Luo Bing, secretary of the party committee and president of Fuhai Holdings, led a delegation to go to Tanzania and Zanzibar for a business visit. The delegation from Fuhai was warmly received. And then they made in-depth exchanges with relevant government departments in Zanzibar and visited some local enterprises. During its business tour, the delegation visited President Mhe. Hussein AMwinyi. As a response to the Belt and Road initiative, the visit aims to explore new modes of cooperation between Chinese and African enterprises in oil and gas, new energy, green energy and other fields and promote win-win development by giving play to their respective advantages.

On September 11th, the 2024 China Top 500 Enterprises Summit Forum, hosted by the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneurs Association, was held in Tianjin, where the 2024 China Top 500 Enterprises list was released.

On August 31st, the 2024 Annual Safety Work Conference of Fuhai Holdings was successfully held at Jinhe Conference Hall in Hekou, with the attendance of Mr. Luo Bing, Chairman of Fuhai Holdings, management teams from various centers and subsidiaries, and employee representatives, presided over by Mr. Liao Guangming, President of Fuhai.

On April 29th, the Dongying City commendation meeting to celebrate the “May 1st” International Labor Day was held at the Dongying Auditorium, with leaders including Yang Guoqiang, Secretary of Dongying CPC Committee, and Chen Bichang, Mayor of Dongying to present awards. Liao Guangming, President of Fuhai Holdings, accepted the “May 1st Labor Award of Shandong Province” representing the company and Li Benjiang, the Chief Craftsman of Fuhai, accepted the “May 1st Labor Medal of Shandong Province”.

On March 29th, Fuhai Holdings and Lufa Group held a signing ceremony for the investment cooperation agreement at the Zhongmao Haiyue Hotel in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, with the attendance of Du Yu, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Lufa Group, Duan Changle, Deputy General Manager of Lufa, Hua Bin, Chief Accountant of Lufa, Lv Tuda, Chairman of Jiaotou Fuhai, Luo Bing, Chairman of Fuhai Holdings, Liao Guangming, President of Fuhai, Shan Baoyuan, General Manager of the Operations Center of Fuhai, and Cao Hui, General Manager of Fuhai Energy. The ceremony was presided over by Duan Changle.

Everything grows in spring and the years are booming. The 26th anniversary celebration meeting of the founding of Fuhai Group was convened at the Jinhe Venue in Hekou District on 18th March. Luo Bing, Chairman of Fuhai Group, Management Team and Representatives of Employees of each center and subsidiary attended this meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wang Shouhua, General Manager of Financial Management Center.

On January 30th, the 7 KTA special engineering plastic project of Fuhai Group Hualian Petrochemical Co., Ltd. successfully produced qualified products, achieving safe, high-quality and one-time start-up, which indicated that the first new material plant led by Fuhai Group successfully realized the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. Zhang Qianyuan, Deputy General Manager of Hualian Production and Operation Department, Han Zhifeng, Deputy General Manager of Operation Support Department, Yuan Mingzhu, Chief Engineer, Wang Ningning, Director of HSE and relevant staff of the project participated in the commissioning.

Recently, the results of the “2023 CSR Enterprise (Entrepreneur) of Shandong” selection campaign jointly sponsored by Dazhong Newspaper Group (Dazhong Daily), Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Provincial People's Government, Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration and Shandong Provincial Local Financial Supervision Administration were announced, and Fuhai Group was listed as “2023 CSR Enterprise of Shandong”.

On October 25, a visiting team for the Yellow River Basin ecological protection and high-quality development in Shandong Province made a site visit to the PX, PTA and their accessory facilities in Dongying Weilian Chemical Co., Ltd. The visiting team members include Lin Wu, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Zhou Naixiang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, Lu Zhiyuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal Party Committee, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and relevant provincial leaders, members of the 9th Central Tour Guidance Group on Theme Education and major party and governmental officials of various cities, relevant departments (organs) directly under the provincial government and part of the central governmental organization residing in Shandong Province. The visit was escorted by Luo Bing, president of Fuhai Group and others.

The “2023 China Top 500 Enterprises Summit Forum” was convened in Hefei City of Anhui Province on 20th September. The China Enterprise Confederation and the China Enterprise Directors Association jointly released “The List of Top 500 Chinese Enterprises in 2023” and “The List of Top 500 China Manufacturing Enterprises in 2023” at the Forum. Fuhai Group ranked the 306th in the list of Top 500 Chinese Enterprises in 2023, up 75 positions compared to last year and the 151st in the list of Top 500 China Manufacturing Enterprises in 2023, up 37 positions compared to last year.

On August 31, the Y2023 Fuhai Group Safety Work Conference was successfully convened in the venue of Hekou Jinhe. Luo Bing as Chairman of the Board of Fuhai Group, Yang Jiahui as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Li Tao as Secretary of the Board of Directors, management teams of each center and each subsidiary and the representatives of employee attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Liao Guangming as President.

During August 9-10, Shandong Province Enterprise Integrity Construct Conference, and the award ceremony for integrity enterprises and excellent integrity entrepreneurs in Shandong Province were convened in Yantai. Fuhai Group New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. won the title of "Integrity Enterprise in Shandong Province". Luo Bing as Chairman of Fuhai Group won the honorable title of "Shandong Province Excellent Integrity Entrepreneur" as well.
